Portland Metro & Vancouver WA
Clear, Upfront Pricing
You always know what it costs before we start. Fixed prices for standard jobs, a $79 Service Call credited toward your repair, and free estimates on larger projects — no surprises.
Three Ways We Price
Every job falls into one of three clear pricing paths.
Fixed Price
Predictable, standard jobs
Common installations and repairs have a published starting price for standard work under standard conditions. You know the number before we start.
Service Call
$79 — credited toward your repair
When a job needs diagnosis or inspection first, a pro comes out for $79. If you proceed, the entire $79 is credited toward your final price. If you decline, you only pay the $79.
Free Estimate
Larger projects
Projects expected to exceed about $500 in labor get a free, no-obligation estimate before any work begins. Materials are billed separately.
How Our Pricing Works
Clear pricing, written estimates, and no surprises — you always know what it costs before we start.
Small Repairs
$79 Service Call
A pro comes out to inspect, diagnose, and recommend a fix — with a written estimate if you need one. Paid after the visit.
If you proceed
Credited to your repair
Decide to move forward and the full $79 comes off your project price. You pay the agreed price, not $79 on top of it.
Large Projects
Free Estimate
Projects expected to exceed $500 in labor get a free, no-obligation estimate before any work begins.
Always
No surprises
Materials are billed separately, and any additional work is always approved by you before we do it.
Same-day, weekend & emergency service available when scheduling allows.

Standard vs. Non-Standard Work
All listed prices are starting prices for standard installations under standard working conditions. If hidden issues, previous poor workmanship, damaged materials, limited access, additional labor, or unexpected conditions are discovered during the project, any additional work is always discussed with you and approved before we continue.
Materials are billed separately unless a service states otherwise, and are not counted toward the $500 labor threshold that qualifies a project for a free estimate.
Pricing Questions
How does the $79 Service Call work?
A professional comes out to inspect, diagnose, and give you a clear price or written estimate. If you proceed with the repair, the entire $79 is credited toward your project price — you pay the agreed price, not $79 on top of it. If you decide not to proceed, you only pay the $79.
Are these prices final?
Listed prices are starting prices for standard installations under standard conditions. If hidden issues, previous poor workmanship, damaged materials, limited access, or additional labor come up, we always discuss it and get your approval before doing any additional work.
When do I get a free estimate instead of a fixed price?
Free estimates are for larger projects expected to exceed about $500 in labor — for example full room painting, deck or fence staining, and door replacements. Smaller standard jobs use fixed pricing or a $79 Service Call.
Are materials included in the price?
Unless a service says materials are included, materials are billed separately and are not counted toward the $500 labor threshold for a free estimate.
Do you charge a travel fee?
No travel fee within our service area — Portland Metro and Vancouver, WA.
What if my job is not on the list?
We handle far more than what is listed. Describe your job on our free estimate form and we will get back to you, usually within 30 minutes.
